While residents can enjoy Hamlet Maybank's on-site dog parks, walking trails, and pet spa, nearby Johns Island Park offers an off-leash area, while James Island County Park features a spacious dog park and walking trails for even more outdoor time with your pet.

We offer a few homes with attached garage options. Our C1 and C2 cottage homes feature attached two-car garages, while Townhome E and F floor plans each include a single-car garage. 

Each resident is permitted one vehicle, with free surface parking available throughout the community. EV charging stations are also available on-site.
